About Our Organization
Breakaway, formerly the Discovery Center of Southwest NE, is an Activity and Education Space for people of all ages. We’ve been involved in Heritage Days, Buffalo Commons, Prairie Roots Music Festival, Hot Summer Nights, and our own Cardboard Challenge over the past few years. We are working to open a facility in the future.
Proceeds from the Big Give will be used to purchase materials and supplies so that we can continue offering educational activities at local events and festivals.
